We joined the Coches.net team for some weeks in our role to help the whole Android Schibsted's team .

In our focus to make all the development teams write code quality code faster and create a developers community we helped them to create a robust instrumental test suite and apply a Continous Deployment mechanism.

That helped the team to avoid losing time testing the app by hand in each version and packaging the application to submit it to Google Play. Now, that's automatic, and the team can focus in developing the app instead of doing repetitive things.
