As soon as we were requested to help all the Schibsted teams to write better code faster we joined the Fotocasa team to find a way to skip those repetitive tasks that blocked the team of focusing on quality.

After implementing a Continuous Deployment solution and writing our first instrumented unit tests, the team stopped worrying in those repetitive tasks. Then, they were able to focus on what matters.
